What documents are required when picking up the car?

The driver must hold a valid driver's license (held for at least 12 months) and an ID document (ID card or passport). For company rentals, please provide invoice details (VAT ID/Tax ID). Detailed rental conditions can be found in our Rental Terms & Conditions. Regulaminie wynajmu.

Is a deposit required? How can it be waived?

We offer a deposit-free rental option when choosing the full insurance package. For standard reservations, the deposit amount depends on the selected vehicle category and is blocked on your payment card for the duration of the rental.

How does airport car pick-up work?

Our representative tracks flight arrival statuses on the official websites of Katowice Airport and Kraków Airport, as well as on Flightradar24. Therefore, they will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall holding a JolCar nameboard, even if your flight is delayed. Can I drive the rented car abroad?

Yes, travel to European Union countries is permitted. However, it requires prior notification and written authorization (Green Card / written permission) to ensure third-party liability and comprehensive insurance (OC/AC) coverage outside of Poland.

What payment methods are accepted at JolCar?

Is there a mileage limit on rentals?

For short-term rentals up to 30 days, we offer unlimited mileage (within Poland). Check our full vehicle selection under Our Fleet and choose a car with no mileage restrictions. Our fleet i wybierz auto bez limitów.

Can I return the car at a different location (e.g., another airport)?

Yes, we offer a One-Way rental service. You can pick up the car at Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport and return it at Kraków-Balice Airport or at our stationary office in Katowice upon prior agreement.

What should I do in case of a breakdown or collision?

We provide full 24/7 support. In the event of any technical issue, breakdown, or collision, contact our Assistance helpline immediately at +48 607 065 655. We will assist with towing and arrange a replacement vehicle.
